One of my all time favorite Jordans is making a return after 10 years. The Air Jordan VI Infrared is set to make a January 2010 release with an expected retail price of $150. Im too geeked for these. One major change though is that the red isnt actually infrared, its varsity red; but that a small thing to a giant. Judging by these pics they are pretty close to the OGs and 2000 retro minus the fact that Jordan Brand replaced the nubuck with what appears to be suede.

These particular Dynasty’s debuted in 1985 (leather/mesh 81′) and they’ll be making a long overdue return this Fall with this particular colorway releasing Spring 2010.

On April 20, 1986 the Chicago Bulls played the Boston Celtics and Michael Jordan scored 63 points. This year Jordan Brand will honor the 1986 Playoffs game by releasing the Chicago vs Boston Air Jordan 1 60+ Pack.
Jordan Brand is bringing back the original Bred Air Jordan 1 High and the new Boston Celtics inspired Air Jordan 1 High. Both shoes will release together as a package deal in July. The ticket price should be around the $200

Word is on the internets is that Nike SB will stop using fat tongues (stuffed tongues) on their newer Dunk releases. We don’t know if that’s 100% confirmed, but it definitely has turned off a lot of the Nike SB fans.

How did you originally get in touch with adidas?
My agent originally knew Horst Dassler, son of adidas founder, Adi Dassler. They were looking to get involved and increase their exposure in the United States as they weren’t very big in the States at the time. During that time, I was the number one player and they were looking for a particular player to represent them and my agent made the suggestion. They thought it was a great shoe and they had a shoe that Robert Hier (CHECK) had designed with Horst Dassler. I made a suggestion that the shoe they had designed was something I would like to put my name behind.
A lot of the Stan Smith’s are marked by a silhouette of yourself. Who originally created the graphic?
Well it’s a photograph. It was taken when I didn’t have a mustache which is really only a four-month period over my playing career. From age 22 till now I’ve always had a mustache.
